Handmade quilts for veterans
Quilts of Valor
Covering Service Members and Veterans touched by war with comforting, healing quilts. One Nation. One Mission. Each year 4–5 deserving Veterans receive a customized quilt handmade by the local QOV Tangled Threads team, led by Master Sgt. (Ret.) Tammy Arnold.

Care for veterans' dogs
Chad's Promise
A free safe haven for dogs while their veteran owners are in the hospital. Chad provides emergency pickup for veterans' dogs while they receive medical or mental-health treatment. Chad Landry and his partner, Tracy Swinscoe, also run a dog-training business in Plant City.

Remembering the fallen
Wreaths Across America
Over 1,700 veterans rest in Plant City's cemeteries. For the past four years, HOH has helped place wreaths on their graves — beginning with a ceremony at Veterans Park, then on to the Plant City Cemetery Office for assignments. National Wreaths Across America Day is Saturday, December 19, 2026.

Trips to Washington, DC
Honor Flight Network
Transporting American Veterans to Washington, DC to honor and celebrate them — first WWII veterans, now Korean War, Vietnam War, and critically ill veterans through the Honor Flight TLC program. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations are tax-deductible.
